Summer is here and the vineyard looks better than ever. Grape clusters have gained mass and density and now we are seeing Varaison, signaled by the color change. Absolutely gorgeous time of year to be in the vineyard.

Vineyard stroll May 18!
As we take a moment during the #dominoday pig roast we can’t help but walk a few steps from the crush pad where the Lechón is roasting, and stroll in the beautiful estate vineyard.

Now that flowering is fully behind us you can see cluster formation taking place. There is a lot of healthy growth to take in! And this year the potential for more fruit is evident. We won’t recount the weather patterns or the work, toil, effort and preparation by the team, but to be at this stage in this condition leaves us very pleased with anticipation of what’s to come.
