We’re setting the table for an incredible afternoon, and we’re hosting the Siboney International Car Show! Feast on the best fire-grilled Fajitas with all the trimmings, enjoy a walk-around Wine Tasting, and Live Music on the Terrace by Joe Forlini and Mike Cross. We love the energy brought by these two, especially on the terrace where all the action is.  All while we stage the 3rd Siboney International Car Show. And you’re The Judge!

The Car Show prize package is valued over $2,500 in total value, rewarding winners in many original categories. All guests are judges voting for their favorites, and we will pass out amazing trophies and prize packages!  Each show car will also receive a digital portrait and a place in the Car Show Parade. Outside Skirt marinated Ranchero-style, grilled over hot coals on the crush pad, and a full buffet bar to complete your feast. Forlini+Cross have been a fixture on the live music scene in the Hill Country and we are pleased to have them for the Car Show. Their performance is worth the price of a ticket!

A RAIN-OR-SHINE EVENT.  If an Act of God causes the event to not be held we will announce an alternate date.

About that peasant stew… everyone has a family recipe. This one is Barbara Lecuona’s from her mom Jean. There are many family debates about whether it should be boneless or whole chicken pieces, dumplings or potatoes (both please!). But there is no debate from me that this became an instant classic hall of fame favorite dish. Simple, layered, toasty, and unmistakably earthily spiced. To watch it as it is assembled is culinary torture — I wish you could sit inside this aromatic pot of winter goodness.

Having succeeded at pairing a similarly ethnically relevant and historic dish — Mole — I am gonna pull the 2024 Mourvedre for this one too.

I could get used to this winter diet! For another 48 hours!

After confirming with the caterer about the fire-tossed Jambalaya, the guitarist about the playlists, Kappy about the Mole+Mourvèdre and Tempranillo-bravas pairings, and Barbara about the barrel futures for her stunning new Petite Sirah, we are confirmed to reset and rebuild the entire plan and host it on Sunday February 1 at 1pm.

All Member reservations are valid and we will see you February 1. JUST YOU WAIT!

You hold bottles for decades just to share with people you love, contributing to an unbelievable culinary table and wine pull… with magnums. Some of these are one time only. 2025 had many challenges. This was a day to set those aside and express love, faith and share time. #78636

Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and for the first time in many years, a 100% Tempranillo will hit the tasting room in 2026. Just you wait!
