We’re setting the table for an incredible afternoon, and we’re hosting the Siboney International Car Show! Feast on the best fire-grilled Fajitas with all the trimmings, enjoy a walk-around Wine Tasting, and Live Music on the Terrace by Joe Forlini and Mike Cross. We love the energy brought by these two, especially on the terrace where all the action is.  All while we stage the 3rd Siboney International Car Show. And you’re The Judge!

Car Show – Prizes, Parades, Portraits!

The Car Show prize package is valued over $2,500 in total value, rewarding winners in many original categories. All guests are judges voting for their favorites, and we will pass out amazing trophies and prize packages!  Each show car will also receive a digital portrait and a place in the Car Show Parade. All prizes guaranteed to be awarded for every category with enough show cars.

Local Car Chapters, Groups and Associations:  If you register 4 or more show cars, we will extend special hospitality amenities to your group on site (cigars and/or wine!)  And your group will compete for Best Group award.

You know and love Barbara’s sensational Texas wine. You’ve heard about our epic Lechón Pig Roasts and Cuban Sandwiches. But do you know about Miguel’s Fajitas? He grew up in Laredo, worked in San Antonio, and learned how to make the best flame-grilled beef fajitas. Outside Skirt marinated Ranchero-style, grilled over hot coals on the crush pad, and a full buffet bar to complete your feast. Consider this: A new, highly regarded restaurant in Fredericksburg has similar quality fajitas for about $55. Well, for less than that, you’ll sit for our own tremendous fajita feast. Forlini+Cross have been a fixture on the live music scene in the Hill Country and we are pleased to have them for the Car Show. Their performance is worth the price of a ticket!

A RAIN-OR-SHINE EVENT.  If an Act of God causes the event to not be held we will announce an alternate date.

Not just Tasting Room Staff, these are hospitality experts steeped in the culture of the “incredible guest experience.” They are wine-and-culinary geniuses, storytelling orators, culturally engaged students of learning, and tireless practitioners of joyful service… Siboney Service.

They’re from here - local hill country volunteers, neighbors. Fierce advocates for Texas Wine, and building on the positive reputation of the Texas Hill Country Wine Region. And they are your friends, anytime you need one.

A little inside baseball: this group of wonderful people routinely choose to share tips across the team rather than play it solo, especially on event days. Their choice.

Over the past four years, when one of the team is sidelined, the others always step up, fulfilling our service duties and responsibilities without complaint. This is because they understand the value of being there for each other.

It’s hard to put into words the value of these qualities to the entire enterprise.

We only compete against what we are capable of doing. We are completely grateful to our tasting room team, because their energy, attitude and enthusiasm allows us the privilege of creating the most unique and interesting wine and culinary experiences to be offered anywhere.
