Harvest season puts every part of the winery into motion. For the 2025 vintage to come, Barbara has worked out the barrel program. The team is literally on a roll in the seller, moving barrels into position. New and “nearly new” French oak barrels are slotted into the oxo line rack. More than just a wine tasting, our premium tour really is the Best of Siboney!
