Welcome to Siboney Cellars! Book our classic 5 wine tasting, hosted in the beautifully appointed tasting room, with commanding views from every table. We are building a complete Hill Country Wine experience, and it starts with a great selection of Barbara’s 100% Texas artisan and club wines. Premium Tour – The Best of Siboney
Looking for a winery that touches your imagination? This tour is for you. Start in the beautiful tasting room, where you will taste through our current release wines, with commanding views of the beautiful Hill Country. A guided walking tour leads you into the terrace vineyard – the heart of the property. Explore the innovative winery and barrel cellar, preview the Libre Loft, and learn about the passion and commitment the Siboney Team has for Texas Wine. If you find yourself wanting to make room in your own cellar for us, we will be delighted to invite you to join our limited-release wine club. We include a delicious Culinary Board to complete your experience.

More competitive every month, and often won by First-time players, Domino Day is classic Siboney. Now hosted in the Barrel Cellar, a very entertaining afternoon. Your Ticket includes the domino tournament; House-Roasted Whole Pig (Lechón Asado); Awesome Prizes; Cuban Coffee; Live Music. Wine, Cigars available. Seating LIMITED. Selling Out Monthly, Book early! Arrive 11:30am, Contest begins 12PM until about 2:30PM, with the best buffet served along the way.

DECEMBER IS BIG SCREEN HOLIDAY MOVIE NIGHT IN THE CELLAR! Which Holiday Movie? Well, our License forbids us from disclosing the actual title, but we have 3 in mind – the first on 12/5 features a strong male lead with Difficult Mortality issues, and not everyone believes it is a true Christmas Movie; the second on 12/12 is the 80’s corporate greed “take“ on a stingy businessman who experiences three interventions as life lessons; and the third on 12/19 is a Christmas Classic (originally filmed in black and especially White) with a title Soundtrack that was awarded the Oscar for Best Song. To watch our trio of Holiday Movies on Thursday Dec 5, 12, or 19th, select “Movie Night” on the Reservation choice below! Otherwise our classic Twilight services apply! One of the most popular winery experiences in the hill country, and it could not be simpler. Glass & Bottle service, culinary board pairings, cigars, port. Seating is “run of site” — Vineyard, covered terrace, & cellar. Great playlists and, occasionally, live music. We also feature Cubano Sandwiches, as authentic as can be. We started this in 2021, and will NEVER stop!

Our Cuban Sandwiches are authentic. Not “elevated or curated.” We have pressed thousands to order, and all you’ve done is ask us for More Cubanos, More Often! Message received! Cubanos are now available Thursday Evening, Friday Lunch, and Monday Lunch.
