Siboney Cellars takes its name from a personal metaphor that speaks to the journey of the owners, and is embodied in several meanings of the word, Siboney (See-Bo-NAY) Siboney is a beautiful old Cuban song written in 1929 by Ernesto Lecuona. October is Texas Wine Month, and one of the most beautiful times of the year to visit the Hill Country. This is our first @texashillcountrywine Passport event, and we are excited to share a bit of Siboney with everyone! We welcome your reservation and await your arrival at our estate winery, just 4 miles west of Johnson City on US Highway 290.

The THCW Passport tasting is a reserved, seated experience (with a few special touches, just you wait!) held in our Private Tasting Room, or the Barrel Cellar. It is complimenatry for THCW Passport Holders (we will scan your Passport in the tasting room at the time of your reservation!)

The tasting is available on the schedule posted on the Passport link on our Event page, at www.SiboneyCellars.com/Events

Seating is reserved for up to 8 guests for each tasting session. This is an exclusive introduction to the wine, culinary, and hospitality experience that makes Siboney unique. You will also receive special offers exclusively created for Texas Wine Passport Holders. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation, and schedule 1 hour for your visit.
