Welcome to new guests and familiar faces! Spring has returned to the Hill Country, with all its splendor and promise. We thought we would take a moment to share our Event Calendar to help you plan your next visit. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and check our Event and Visit pages on this website for the latest tickets and availability of new experiences at Siboney!

Siboney wine experiences include our seated, story-filled classic tasting of Barbara Lecuona’s line-up of Texas wine; our guided premium tour-and-tasting into the vineyard & barrel cellar, complete with our famous Culinary Board; and sunset bottle service on Thursday Twilight. You can book any of these on the Home or Visit Page on the main website.

Our pairing menu includes our house-cut Culinary Board (offered daily); authentic Cuban Sandwiches (pressed to order every Thursday evening, Friday and Monday lunch); and oven-baked Empanadas (Saturday and occasionally Sunday). Each of these bring their own originality to the wine pairing experience.

And, we make time for special events and experiences, including truly special live music, monthly Pig Roasts with Cuban dominos (jump to May and June for tickets), Dinner-and-a-show concerts, Cigar appreciation, and holiday events like our Mother’s Day Brunch. And on June 1, absolutely do not miss the 3rd edition of the Siboney International Car Show and Fajita Grill. We have save-the-date and Ticketed links on our Events page.

We can’t honestly say “which is the best” of these experiences. We do believe the best way to get to know one another is through the Classic Tasting. But one thing is certain — we love putting this energetic calendar forward, and sincerely enjoy the energy you bring to Siboney. And importantly, the guests, families and friends you introduce to us. Nothing can top that.

Happy Father’s Day! We celebrate today at the winery with our traditional Domino Day Pig Roast this is Lechon number 46, and the 4th anniversary of this event. We began this tradition on Father’s Day 2022 and are so pleased to see it well received and faithfully sold out.

With two new amazing wines introduced this week our cellar is ready for this first day of summer. We also have cigars all day per our hospitality on the terrace so please stop in! Saludos!

Memorial Day storms check in at the last minute!

The hill country knows that it’s not a true Memorial Day without a major storm rolling through. We got our version at the end of the business day, with a deluge (none of the digital stations on LCRA or our own are accurately updated. But rain gauges in the area show 3-4 inches. And the runoff in our dry creek would not be triggered by less.

In the tasting room we saw massive rains shut down visibility to just a few feet with blowing sheets of rain that reminded us of a Florida squalls near the hurricane. Some patio furniture was tossed aside, upstairs and down.

And naturally we brought out every towel for guests who stopped in during the storm. We revived our rain-inspired playlist and the 20 of us waited out the storm!

Nicole’s Axiom held away: a threat of rain keeps people away. A sudden storm brings them in!

It’s been a few seasons since the dry Creek ran from the pond to the road and of course it reminds us of the old days in the Oak Grove. Take a look at the captions on the video. Many of you experienced these storms in 2021 with us! We poured wine in the rain. Built a bridge to span the running creek. And of course secured the tent around the legendary worlds best porta-potty to remain 100% open while we were under construction! Five years ago and the rains bring those fond memories right back to us. Post any memories you have of the good times!
