A wise man once said “a little Cabernet. A little Merlot. That’s all you really need”. Happy birthday to my birthday brother Bill Blackmon. Opening a bottle of our Siboney Cellars Cab and Bills Blackmon Ranch Vineyard Merlot is the perfect way to finish a wonderful day. Especially with Barbara Lecuona Bolognese and Burrata, my favorite things. Thank you all for the kind words and well wishes today. It means the world to share this time with so many friends. My mom visited us during the Christmas break and gave me this adorable photo from I think 1942, Christmas in Lawton Oklahoma and a new bike under the tree!

Mom has had a pretty good 2024 from the Eclipse to seeing her granddaughter Wren enlist in the Air Force. Perhaps nothing beats her victory with partner Lorie at the Domino Day tournament in October!

Looking forward to what 2025 will bring.
