You hold bottles for decades just to share with people you love, contributing to an unbelievable culinary table and wine pull… with magnums. Some of these are one time only. 2025 had many challenges. This was a day to set those aside and express love, faith and share time. #78636

Bottling day as the wine team and volunteer crew build a long train of pallets in the cellar! This team can build about a pallet per hour fully labeled on our modified line.

Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and for the first time in many years, a 100% Tempranillo will hit the tasting room in 2026. Just you wait!

Perhaps the most moving, haunting and authentic renditions of Siboney is sung by Raul Malo.
Our hearts are broken today, learning the news of the passing of this beloved singer, songwriter, storyteller and soulful performer. Bill Peary sent us the very sad news this morning.
Although we never met in person, we did see him perform in Helotes, thanks to dear friends Bill and Beth Blackmon. Ever since that moment, we have felt a deep connection through the soulful reach of his music, and in particular the singular voice he brought to the world. His millions of fans will never forget the first time they heard him sing.
I wish my father could have heard Raul’s version of Siboney. In the original lyrical form.
“Oye el eco de mi canto de cristal”
Indeed we will, Raul. Forever.
