Have you heard the news? Siboney Cellars is coming to Wine Road 290 in the Texas Hill Country! Yesterday, we announced a new partnership and the acquisition of a 52 acre parcel of land ideally suited for a full Texas Hill Country winery, production facility, tasting room and vineyards. The site is beautiful ? a classic Hill Country property featuring a limestone plateau, rolling hills, heritage oaks, a fertile field, stepped terraces suitable for vineyard…

Some days go beyond hospitality. Sunday will be one of those at Siboney Cellars. We start early, to honor a dearly departed friend of everyone at Siboney, by request of his family, to host a Last Light remembrance during our cigar club.

We follow that with our annual Sunday concert featuring Lauren Lizette Martinez presenting works of Cuban composer Ernesto Lecuona in her own original format, during a sold-out matinee performance.

These aren’t tastings…They’re not trends. No AI-driven programming. And they will not break through wine media for extra coverage.

These are just connections to people we love.

Wine may not be at the center of the day but, unmistakably, it is the connection that binds us to our culture, our community. And makes days like this possible. Makes life meaningful. And memories everlasting.

Loving what you do, sharing what you can do, and loving the people who connect with you in the world around you…, that isn’t trendy. But it is why we are here.

Bringing in the 2026 estate harvest was a feeling unrivaled. Will tell the story another day but to see this beautiful abundant bounty roll into the cellar and safely to hands of our winemaking team was just unbridled joy, immense satisfaction.

Happy Father’s Day! We celebrate today at the winery with our traditional Domino Day Pig Roast this is Lechon number 46, and the 4th anniversary of this event. We began this tradition on Father’s Day 2022 and are so pleased to see it well received and faithfully sold out.

With two new amazing wines introduced this week our cellar is ready for this first day of summer. We also have cigars all day per our hospitality on the terrace so please stop in! Saludos!
