Nearly 150 members and guests of Siboney Cellars put roots down in our vineyard with us over the weekend of April 10 and 11. That just stuns us. We are every bit as excited as you to commit new vines for estate wines.
We now have yet another reason to cherish this opportunity to plant our vineyard in April. And start another chapter in the forever tale of this beautiful region of the world. Having found this perfect specimen of a fossil that will be on display in our wine cellar, it somehow becomes clear that everything we do is interconnected. Not just winter into spring, but awakening to the connection of past, present and future.

Some days go beyond hospitality. Sunday will be one of those at Siboney Cellars. We start early, to honor a dearly departed friend of everyone at Siboney, by request of his family, to host a Last Light remembrance during our cigar club.
We follow that with our annual Sunday concert featuring Lauren Lizette Martinez presenting works of Cuban composer Ernesto Lecuona in her own original format, during a sold-out matinee performance.
These aren’t tastings…They’re not trends. No AI-driven programming. And they will not break through wine media for extra coverage.
These are just connections to people we love.
Wine may not be at the center of the day but, unmistakably, it is the connection that binds us to our culture, our community. And makes days like this possible. Makes life meaningful. And memories everlasting.
Loving what you do, sharing what you can do, and loving the people who connect with you in the world around you…, that isn’t trendy. But it is why we are here.

Bringing in the 2026 estate harvest was a feeling unrivaled. Will tell the story another day but to see this beautiful abundant bounty roll into the cellar and safely to hands of our winemaking team was just unbridled joy, immense satisfaction.
