We think theres a better starting point for labeling and requiring Texas wines to be sourced from 100% Texas Grapes.  And, we think the benefits of doing so will be positive for all, including the consumer.  In fact, it is the wine consumer that is at the heart of this idea.  And the idea is simple:  start at the sub-appellation level for requiring 100% Texas grapes.  …
